Dolly Dresses Up really cute!

While at Quilt Market in Houston in October, we saw Holly Holderman's new Dolly Dresses fabric lines. We just thought it was so cute and then.....

Taffy got to talking with Holly about taking part in this Dolly Dresses blogging event. We have seen some really cute quilts so far from some very creative folks!

Well everyone, here is Taffy's great Dolly Dress Up quilt. She had fun collecting some of the embellishments for it.

We will be offering a kit (including fabric for the top, binding and embellishments) for pre-order at the website at a special price of $40 until 1/31/2010. After that the price revert to the normal price of $55.

We are also kicking off a Twelve Days of Christmas give-away event in honor of Holly Holderman's blogging event, so keep watching our blog because we will have a give-away each day for the next twelve days.

Today's give-away will be one of these kits for Taffy's Dolly Dresses quilt. Send us in your comments on all the quilts you have seen so far during this blogging event. When the event is over we will pick a winner and reserve a kit spot for you to mail you just as soon as the kits are made in April. Remember we only ship free within to US.

These are really fun. I loved making my own paper dolls when I was younger. This brings back some good memories!

I like that the panel lends itself to individual embellishments to make it even cuter, if that is possible.

This blogathon has been so fun so far! One the first day we saw how Debbie used the courthouse step blocks to accent the dresses. Then Jennifer set off the table runner with pinwheels. Next Lynda used the Texture Magic in many ways to give dimension to all the dresses. I really like how Jackie embellished each dress to represent the seasons in the Calendar Girl quilt. I would love to win the kit for the lovely one you put together Taffy!

I want to make a quilt from this fabric line for my granddaughter. I like all the great embellishments I've see so far but choose your quilt as my favorite so far. Thanks for the great giveaway!

Oh my goodness! The fabric is just too adorable, and what you have done to it is too cute. What little girl (or big girl) wouldn't like this? I would love to win, and if not, it would be just so much fun to make.
